Start your Anonymous Application

Our hiring process keeps you anonymous until the final face-to-face interview. This ensures that every applicant is considered on the basis of their skills, not their identifying qualities.

We use text messages to communicate with you throughout your application. You can also use your mobile number to login to an open application.

We will never give your number to a third party.

Our hiring process

  2. Send your application

    (30 minutes)
    • ☐ Cover Letter
    • ☐ Skills List
    • ☐ Disability Declaration
    • ☐ Submit

  3. Online Interview

    (30 minutes)

    Conducted remotely through this site, this will help us get to know more about you and your past work experiences.

  4. Skills Test

    (not always required, max 4 hours)

    This task will test your practical skills with regard to the chosen position. Some tests will include: fixing a broken server, writing code, or planning an event.

  5. Face-to-Face interview

    (max 2 hours)

    This is where we break anonymity. We will ask you for a CV and invite you to one of our offices for a chat.
